A Letter a Day Keeps the Doctor Away?
An online initiative to motivate lettering artists around the world to create. I’d always wanted to take part and 2020 seemed like the year we could all do with a little daily distraction, so I matched my love of letters to my love of all things 3D. Throughout the 26 days, I challenged myself to generate creative ideas around the letter of the day, and learn techniques I was aware of, but had never employed. It was a wonderful way to grow my knowledge. Also, a confession. The online initiative is actually called 36 Days of Type, however, my number ideas are considerably ambitious, so I’ll save them for 2021 while I figure out how to execute them. 😉
